This first stage has a distance of 22 kilometers and an approximate time of 5 to 6 hours. It is a bearable stage, with a terrain without many slopes. The landscapes of this area of Galicia are impressive. You will go through forests and small villages with lots of charm. You will cross the Mi\u00f1o river until you reach Portomar\u00edn, a place with beautiful views and a staircase that goes up to the old bridge. It has no great difficulty, just some slopes up to Sierra de Ligonde and from there it starts to go down. You will cross villages such as Gonzar and Ventas de Nar\u00f3n, where the locals will be happy to greet you. On the way is Castromaior, a village known for its historical legacy. The time ranges between 7 and 8 hours and has a medium difficulty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can enjoy the natural beauty of Galicia, which you will see in its trails and villages, and its gastronomy. In Melide you can taste its famous octopus.
